I'm Beverly, a somatic nervous system reset coach and yoga guide for women recovering from trauma-bonded relationships, burnout, big life pivots, and survival mode. Think of me as the big sister who happens to know the nervous system inside out.
Not your typical coach.
I spent years behind a laptop building brands and strategy for everyone but myself, until my body forced me to stop. My own rebuild, out of a trauma-bonded relationship, out of burnout, out of a career that no longer fit, started in my nervous system, not my calendar.
That's what I teach now. Somatic nervous system reset coaching, yoga, and honest conversation for women who are ready to stop forcing their way through recovery and actually feel safe in their own body again. No hustle-culture healing here, just steady, real, one nervous system at a time.
